Short Film Society hosts international film festival

Coventry University media production students to host globally renowned international short film festival. 

Future Shorts, the biggest pop-up festival of its kind, showcases award winning, internationally produced short films from around the world and has taken place in over 541 cities and 178 countries with an audience of more than 75,000 people since 2011. 

The festival screening takes place on 27th November 7:00-9:30 at Square 1 (situated in the state of the art student centre ‘The Hub’) and showcases short-films from the most exciting film-making talent across the globe and offers a unique chance to experience them alongside fellow film lovers in a cinema style setting. 

The Coventry screening has been organised by second year media production students and Coventry University Short Film Society members Thomas Longstaff, Dan Hooper and Luke Collins.

The festival is open to the public and entry is £1 per person.
