Soon to be Media and Communications graduates ESME SPURLING and ADAM TEIGHE have already gotten their careers off to a flying start by making their mark at the Mikser Arts Festival 2015 in Belgrade Serbia.
Adam and Esme were invited back to work at the festival by the organisers, who they had met back in March in Belgrade, whilst on their research trip for their Living in a Digital World (“380MC”) module of their degree course.
Esme reflects that “it really was a fantastic experience and I feel as though I’ve learnt a lot of new skills and continued to expand my international contacts”.
During their experience, the pair were interviewed for a national TV news piece about the festival. For those of us who do not speak Serbian, we will have to wait for the full interview piece with Esme and Adam in order to find out more details!
Check back here soon for a full report on Esme and Adam’s Serbian adventure.
